Endorsement application shall be accompanied with the fallowing ( under Rule 35)
a) Scanned copy of Original electrical contractor license .
b) Scanned copy of Original Electrical Supervisor permits(General)
c) Scanned copy of Form-X to be uploaded
Application Fee : NIL
Service Charge (Grama one| B1| K1) : Rs.50 /- per endorsement
Service Time(Days): NIL
It is Mandatory to appoint the Electrical Supervisor General Permits of appropriate Grades by the Electrical contractor after Obtaining Electrical Contractor license and before commencement of electrical installation work shall get endorsement of the Electrical Supervisor General Permits
